Who is responsible
Jan Kološa s.p., Maribor, Slovenia, is the data controller. For anything on this page, write to privacy@joinkrevio.com.
What this site collects
Your email address, and only if you type it into the form yourself. Nothing else. There are no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks and no social media trackers on this site.
Why, and on what basis
To send you one email when Krevio launches. That is the only purpose. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form.
You will not receive a newsletter, a digest, product updates, promotions, or any other message. If that ever changes, we will ask you again first rather than assume.
Who else sees it
Two service providers process the data on our behalf:
- Netlify — hosts this site and stores form submissions.
- Zoho — provides email for the joinkrevio.com domain.
Both are bound by data processing agreements. Your address is never sold, rented, shared for marketing, or passed to anyone else.
How long it is kept
Until the launch email is sent, or until you ask for it to be deleted — whichever comes first. After the launch email, the list is deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@joinkrevio.com and we will act within 30 days. No account, no verification hoops — the address you write from is enough.
If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored in Netlify's infrastructure with access limited to the controller.
Children
This site is not directed at children. Do not submit an email address if you are under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be notified by email.
